In the wake of the BC Tree Fruit closure, our farmers are navigating tough times, and we're stepping up to help. Recently, our own Kat Van Zant had the honour of sitting down with Denise Porter, a member of one of East Kelowna's founding families, whose roots in the Okanagan stretch back to 1910. We're excited to share this rich history with you soon—stay tuned!

At our next market, we’ll be selling Porter Family apples at just $10 per 11 pounds, including delicious varieties like Macs, Gala, Spartan, Honeycrisp, Ambrosia, and Granny Smith (available late fall). Starting in September, you can also pick up these apples at Frequency Sound 528, thanks to the generous support of Jodie and Lynn. If your business wants to join in supporting our local farmers, reach out to us about selling these amazing apples.

Pre-orders will soon be available on our website, making it even easier to get your hands on these farm-fresh fruits. Last year, our farmers rallied to support us during the wildfires; now it’s our turn to stand by them.
